WinMail.exe Windows Mail not working after Windows 7 update Fixed (32bit and 64bit)

If you have install WinMail.exe Windows Mail from Vista to Windows 7, you may have trouble opening it after the recent windows update from 5/11/10

You clearly will see WinMail.exe running from task manager but it won’t open up the program.

The fix: download the msoe.dll file and replace it from the folder.

Additional note: best just to get old backup copy of msoe.dll and just overwrite current windows mail version.

very important put up, Though I wasn’t totally acknowledge on some factors initially, assembly enumeration until finish, real stuff seems nice.
